      Pros

      The opportunity for advancement is there for you to take. It's very exciting to be apart of a company that has this type of mission and outlook. Charlotte Office is a true startup vibe, filled with Nintendo Switches, Massage Chairs, Kegerators, Pool and Foosball Tables, Standing Desks, Bean bag Chairs, etc. Catered lunches every week and tons of other amazing perks. All of the above plus a very generous WFH and PTO policy.

      Cons

      Nothing that other startups probably also struggle with, which is communication. But over the course of the last 2 years, we've made some intense strides to work on that. We facilitate travel between offices of multiple BU's, have put a ton of emphasis on internal training (releasing our very own SecurlyU this year!), and our CEO participating in candid AMA's.
