Pros

Set schedule, all holidays off. It is a nice office setting. The people you work with are typically pretty enjoyable. The benefits are great.

Cons

Too political, you will get promotions based on how well you are liked. There isnt much room to be promoted. Management all needs to be retrained.

Travel around town a lot, there are politics and if the majority doesn't like you you will be pushed out.
