Great coworkers who are always willing to help

Cons

-They dump so many claims onto one person at once with little to no training. -Heavy workload that is unmanageable. -Health insurance is awful. -Low pay. -Staffing issues. -Unbearable workload.

Lots of opportunities for autonomy, work from home, flexibility.

Cons

It's touted that you aren't on an island, but you really are. There is a lack of continuity in business processes throughout departments and lack of communication. Increased workloads to the point of doing multiple jobs without compensation, lack of opportunity for career progression as it's more about who than what you know in many instances.
