      Pros

      Great PTO, excellent tuition reimbursement, flexible hours, management transparency, hybrid work opportunities.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive, medical benefits are expensive, upper management pushes more work being done with less manpower. I know people who love their teams and love their leadership, but that isn’t representative of every team in the company. The experience of one is not consistent with the experience of the whole. Culture is not maintained throughout the organization. Limited growth opportunities.

      Massive Workload, No Overtime or Support from Management

      Pay is great for entry level!

      Cons

      People quit our team and instead of hiring more, they redistributed the workload and took away OT. Lack of support from management when it comes to communication, refused to update procedure documents. Most communication was over phone calls and refused to put directives down in writing.

      Pros

      Executive leaders do care about the colleague experience. Benefits are on par with other large corporations. Long-term company with a huge opportunity for continued growth and longevity.

      Cons

      My leadership has been good, but I do hear from other colleagues that some direct leaders of front-line colleagues are not attentive.
