Full time remote contracts, but not much else

Poor salaries, the people making decisions aren't equipped to do so, they simply see numbers and continue to take on more and more work and expect the people that really matter to just get on with it without consideration. All of our immediate team are stressed and suffering burnout, health issues, be it mentally or physically, and we're all slowly but surely checking out mentally. As the old adage goes, monkeys climb highest. Personally I feel completely trapped here at the moment, in the middle of selling our house and relocating later in the year with young twins, so interviewing is out of the question at present. There is zero incentive to do a good job here apart from self pride - No bonuses, terrible pay, absolute minimal pay rises even when you are supposedly excelling in your role. I currently work about 60 hours a week for both financial reasons and due to the workload, and I still can't keep up.
