Commercial experience Coworkers That’s about it..

Cons

Expect to work 10-12 hour shifts and weekends to stay afloat on work load. This is expected by upper level management. Burnout will happen but you will push through… until you realize that the burnout isn’t worth the salary you have. Expect atleast 100 emails a day. Take time off times the days off with that amount and that is what you will come into. Case loads are not equal. Some ppl have close to 300 whole others only have 100. Make it make sense!

paid time off and health insurance benefits is OK

Cons

crazy micromanagement - they monitor your computer active or idle, even mouse movement, which is ridiculous too strict security discipline - computer software, internet access, USB access, everything is restricted. they also do frequent phishing email tests, if you somehow clicked the link in the email by accident, you are a security threat to the company and you are out.
