Pros

You can go to appointments and make up your work. Self-paced. Decent benefits. PTO is very good. You can set your own hours within reason.

Cons

I worked during my lunch every day and overtime 30-60 minutes every day. Some days more. I held on for over a year but ultimately despite my feedback and suggestions on how to improve work flow, I was unable to keep up with the quality they demanded while also advocating for my injured workers at the same time. Not a good work/life balance as was advertised. You don't get up from your desk very often, there is too much to manage. I wouldn't recommend it. Maybe for like, a year, but you will get burnt out, fast!
