Disappointing

Pros

Great variety of work, no forced office days, a great mix of out on the road and working from home.

Cons

No support from managers for anything, from technical questions, to basic HR queries. No team building. No job satisfaction as the case loads (90+ without being in a surge!) is too high to deliver good outcomes. The role is a loss adjuster and you should have an adjusting executive to support you, but the adjusting executives do not have bonuses and they are not motivated. There is too much of an inconsistency with the executives and it is “luck of the draw” if you get a good one, motivated one, inexperienced one etc. No job progression opportunities. They will dangle a carrot for you! Despite what the my might spout on about, in job adverts etc
