Pros

Getting to work alongside caring co-workers in my department, working remotely.

Cons

It felt like management didn't care about employees, it was all about the bottom line. There wasn't any opportunity for growth and my leader didn't try to help me move up in my career.

Pros

Nothing. Other than having a poorly paying job.

Cons

No remote work. It’s a lie. They pull it from you once you start. Lowest pay for this position. Overwhelming work loads. Certain people will half the amount of work you can and when you ask why you get more. They lie about how much work you have. And bash you if you can’t get it all done. They’ve tortured multiple people until they quit due to mental health. People that had been with the company for almost 10 years. Walked off the job due to management.
