Pros

Good opportunities to learn and develop in the role, exposure to various aspects of the business. I like my team. Feel like I am making a meaningful difference to the callers. Centrally located and well equipped office, with a nice coffee machine.

Cons

Often a lack of time to take advantage of development opportunities, due to high number of calls. Inconsistencies or sudden process changes can feel destabilising. Appreciate tweaks and changes will happen to support the needs of the business but could be explained better.

flexibility, type of work is interesting and engaging. Benefits are useful and meaningful, especially the private medical. Great environment to work. Culture is really good. Everyone is friendly and helpful

Cons

It systems are being improved all the time which can hinder your ability to work. very small con in the grand scheme of things. No other cons to note
