      all works / tasks given is not that complicated, can be done in time, relax place to do work and convenience to find food for lunch time. all tools and stuff given very convenience to use.

      Cons

      Darwin system very poor, bosses need to improve in social attraction. increment and bonus very poor here, please appreciate your employee that do lots of work than your head !

      They do provide you with new Dell equipment. The cons out weigh the pro’s!

      They say they care but really don’t. It’s minimum wage and it’s cut-throat. Like lambs to the slaughter. Beware of spies within teams who can’t hold their own water! Policies are vague & not upheld Actually a number within a large organisation. Left alone to work alone. When helps needed it’s not always quick when neeeded and your left to fend for yourself. No 1-2-1’s or follow-ups
