- No formal induction - Wasn't introduced to the team upon starting (there were people in my team that I never spoke to at all even when I left) - Poor manager support who went days without speaking to me and who barely said hello when we were in the office - Poor training - Isolating environment and no-one seemed to care - even HR who I spoke to and nothing was done - Made to feel as though I needed a 'reset' in the business when in fact it was the business themselves who need a reset and to actually understand how to treat new employees
