Many people do not have a clue or do not do their jobs properly. Too many meetings for one simple decision. No real chance to learn technical skills or advance in the corporate ladder honestly. Fake niceness, you have to be careful with whom you socialize, fake yearly reviews. Simple things are presented as extremely complex when people do not understand the basics. Below-average benefits/compensation. When management has made a mistake, the blame shifts to the people below them.
