Pros
Colleagues are very helpful and friendly even as a remote worked they are always on hand to help and make you feel welcome and part of the team. Very strong focus on learning and progressing which is great if you want a career in insurance!
Cons
Dealing with frustrated customers over the phone isn’t always pleasant but it’s part of the job description! The team support as best they can with difficult customers!
