      If I could give 0 stars I would.

      Cons

      Chronic bullying by co-worker and management even when staff were constantly leaving due to conditions. Not willing to allow overtime when extremely overworked (200+ emails a day) & not hire any new staff. Meetings with management ended up getting nowhere. Favouritism runs rampant. No career opportunities to grow even when told there would be. Extremely hard to get leave if you do not have children.
