Pros

Minimal micromanaging on my team. Insurance is decent. If the client you are assigned to does not renew, you are usually PLACED on another team.

Cons

You never know if the client you are assigned to will be renewing their contract and what that may mean for your job.

Pros

Really the only one is that you have a job. Not that it pays much though.

Cons

Where to begin? -Poor management -Lazy coworkers who are never held accountable. -The worst pay in this field by far -Dont believe them, there is no work from home. It was removed for most. Will be removed by all in the future. -Insane work loads and no punishment for those who slack -Promotions are a joke. They post a position then fill it a day later to someone management already had in mind for the position -Hard workers are over worked and have to pick up the load for others who are just awful at their job
