Pros

Great PTO, merit increases are annual and common, and they have good perks for hitting goals. Management is great.

Cons

Low base salary but again that is with no experience and they pay for your license

Pros

They give you a lot of time off (but make it really hard to use it and keep up on your workload, no one backs anyone up).

Cons

They have the most toxic and bullying work environment of any place I have worked. When I was written up, something that happened a year and a half before the date of my write-up was used as evidence for the need to write me up. Mind you, this had never been discussed with me previously. Managers constantly ask you to prioritize every task as the highest priority without giving any opportunity for improving processes. The leadership of the Google account is by far the most toxic, and back-stabbing group of individuals I have ever worked for. They do not have their employees' backs in any way and only want to save their own faces. They are truly awful.
