Pros

None. The company has nice people there far as employees that it.

Cons

The pay suck, the training is even worse. They don’t even properly train you for the position. If you’re working with JetBlue, you will be very stressed out. They don’t have many people on the team. This company gives a lot of peer pressure so if you’re not good with working under pressure and learning quickly enough, you will be written up fast. There is no grace for learning the job. They simply want you to do the job because of the needs of the clients. Then you have to work a hybrid position. If you’re in Chicago, you have to work three days a week in the office and two days at home. Not good if you don't want to travel downtown.

Pros

Flexibility in your schedule, autonomy.

Cons

No other options when using PTO (no rollover or cash out), not many insurance plan options, caseloads will definitely require overtime to get things done and we are exempt, however the overtime is being paid out as an incentive on a quarterly basis, not monthly.
