Pay kind of sucks, annual raise is negligible so the only way to keep up with, let alone exceed, inflation is to change roles. Way too many layers of management, the changes to procedure are made by people like 4 layers of management removed from those implementing it

Managers are in role with little to no training in management as well as an adjuster! Few minorities even when better qualified in position of power/even supervisory role. Good ole buddy system. You don’t need to know your job. You know need to be white and have a friend and/family to enter and advance. If you ever worked as an inside/remote IA… please note they will reduce your hourly saying CAT is over, but you are still working CAT claims!
