Pros

-Decent benefits. -Supportive trainers. -Fast hiring process. I was offered the job 30 minutes after the interview.

Cons

-The input system and claims are very complicated for new hires. -Every second of your workday is micromanaged. It is not a sexy WFH job. -The company claims work/life balance, but there really isn't. -Breaks are too few during the day. -You're inputting life-altering information, but the metrics encourage speed, which is not the best thing.

It’s a large, relatively stable company with generous PTO

Cons

Work-life balance is lacking, certain groups are very difficult to work for and have unrealistic expectations for their employees, PTO is generous but some groups will try to control if/when PTO can actually be taken
