      PTO, work from home potential

      Cons

      No work life balance. I started in liability and then went to disability. I have no time to be with my family. This was what I experienced on both accounts I’ve been on. Extremely high volume with too high of unrealistic expectations.

      Cons

      This is a good job for someone fresh out of college. The wages are low and the workload is very high. After gaining experience, its time to move on to a company that that properly compensate you for your efforts.

      Pros

      Paid time off is generous. However, minimum staffing requirements make getting to take time off iffy, especially around weekends and holidays. In-depth training prior to doing your job is helpful. 3 levels of health insurance offered. 401K.

      Cons

      The work is never-ending and impossible to complete in the advertised 37.5 hour work week. You get pressured/guilted in to coming in early/staying late and working weekends. Many low-paying jobs (ex. $38k/year) are exempt from overtime pay, however, sometimes a small lump sum is paid to those people who work more than 37.5 hours per week. Supervisory staff is young, inexperienced and overworked. Daily pep talks from them are common, but overall morale remains low. Upper and middle management seems out of touch with those beneath them, and unable to effectively problem-solve.
