Pros

Sedin has a friendly environment and great spaces to work in. I was happy to be a part of Sedin family these many years. It gives me a Great opportunities and support to achieve goals. Incredibly talented, intelligent, and collaborative colleagues.

Cons

Communication between the employee and HR could be improved. Company started to hire quite a few high-level personnel from outside instead of promoting from within. It gives no hope to the hard-working talented employees.

Good work culture. Friendly environment & work life balance with other interests taken care. Peer and HR are approachable at all times. You would get immense exposure here that will help you to be above industry standard.
