Sedin has a friendly environment and great spaces to work in. I was happy to be a part of Sedin family these many years. It gives me a Great opportunities and support to achieve goals. Incredibly talented, intelligent, and collaborative colleagues.

Cons

Communication between the employee and HR could be improved. Company started to hire quite a few high-level personnel from outside instead of promoting from within. It gives no hope to the hard-working talented employees.
