1. If they think you are no need.. they don't hesitate to fire you.. 2. Not good Administrator (A Good Leader) 3. They will give positions for only their friends circles of top management

They give lot opportunities to work on various domains and Help us to learn and train in different platforms so that we have overall knowledge in what we are doing. Overall is a good company with less pressure of work .

Cons

There are not much downsides of this company Salary Growth will be slow at beginning but later on It will increase as per your performance and your contribution towards the company.
