They are most Pathetic place to work at

Pros

This organisation really don't have a single pros.

Cons

They work very unprofessional, with most pathetic policies I have ever encountered. Polices are made for employees by employers, they make it hamper their harmony. No matter how hard you work, just one tussle and the management eat your head as does a new born. Old resources are rusty and cannot survive the competition elsewhere so they are stuck with no choices. No one in Indore have ever left them on good note, and nobody bothers to look back to them.
