Good if you're looking for customer service experience

Pros

they offer a good work environment, good employee discount, you can eat all the chocolate you want while you're on the job

Cons

The uniform is very restrictive and kind of uncomfortable, it gets very hectic during the holidays, and the smells of chocolate sometimes does get overwhelming, and you have to make sure that people with food allergies are not given a sample that will cause a reaction

See's used to reward hard working clerk its differcult to stay positive when theres no encouragement.

Pros

The product is good. Most customers are nice. co-workers are helpful and friendly to work with. I like making gift baskets and personal boxes for customers who in turn walk out with a smile.

Cons

stocking in dress's and hose. Customers getting ruder because of policy changes. To many seasonal help who are not trained well enough and end up taking hours away from regular help. Way to hard to make insurance benifits.

Cons

Because many employees stay long term, you have to be very patient in terms of advancement opportunities.
