Super chill, low stakes, free samples. Perfect first job.

Cons

It can be really really boring which I found draining. Very menial tasks. Sometimes we would run out of product and customers would berate us. Uppermanagement (District, Regional, Etc.) suck. Loved my manager but the company really does not care for their employees. We occasionally have sales goals and contests. I can't remember if this was district wide or regional but basically they had upwards of 20 stores competing for I kid you not a bag of chips. One singular bag of lays. To be split amongst all the employees in the store for selling thousands and thousands dollars worth of candy. I would rather they had said there was no prize and they just wanted us to push sales.
