- Really competitive starting salary - Good management (in the IT side of the fence) - People are open to new ideas and like to help - Cutting edge and disruptive software development - Hard to get bored - Excellent culture overall

Cons

- No yearly bonus - HR is a mess - No career plan - No real salary increase over the years, they think that salary adjustment by inflation rate is a raise (which is not!) - 0.89% raise when you get promoted - Health insurance is really bad if you do not live in a major city
