Pros
- Company allows you to spend most of your time on meetings with doing nothing else. - Located at different locations around the world (as New Zealand), so people use it do nothing even more. - Medium-high compesation rate and good benefits. - Decent day-off / vacation policy (though never allowed to use it).
Cons
- Be ready to face people who will never to talk to you straight - you can get good feedback all time, but then after several months realize that your colleagues sent bad feedback on you. - Company is working with geological web applications. Those applicatons are mostly old and not intended to change to something more modern. - You propbably won't get a good design portfolio here due established design patterns and lack of real creative tasks. - You will work on Windows based apps on Mac OS laptop with devs who are working on Windows.
