      Pros

      Seequent is an ambitious company willing to grow fast and be a protagonist on the subsurface exploration market. You can get a good job and salary, but if you get too ambitious and forget to play politics you are done.

      Cons

      Seequent is a political company and politics run the place, not results. The executive team is driven by financial results and only financial results, there is lack of vision and basic understanding about geosciences and few or no geoscientists on the executive team. That reflects on the poor judgment about who to keep and let go and also an even worse judgment on the future of their products and solutions. There is little to none ground breaking releases on new products, if we look to the present technology landscape and the investments they had it becomes clear to understand that the company focus is on getting more investments and making the executive team wealthy. There is no real voice for the few ones really caring about the product and about solving problems for geoscientists.
