Pros

Great innovative products with state of the art technology but no brainer on how to market

Cons

Severe favoritism based company. Local management runs it's like the Mafia, victimising smart/top performers to keep them at bay, manipulating and creating unrest among employees to prevent uprises and keep them busy fighting each other instead of employment welfare. Japanese expat gave all the power to a lower management manager and let he use it at free will just to send a sign to all that he can do whatever he wants and ensure no one opposed him. No clear cut company direction and your performance will be evaluated based on the management's mood and requirement at that time of need. Doesn't honour business partners and often in hot pan getting repercussions/backlash from dealers/channel partners all around. Heavily corrupted transaction involving too much of double or even triple invoicing, while those that reports or questions the management gets the backlash as a warning message to keep quiet. They controlled all the profit & loss together with their budget for personal gains, relationship bonds etc just like their own cash. If you don't want get into trouble stay out. I've spent two years here growing the team from 0 to hero (literally from RM 0 sales to an annual 4mil MYR annual revenue on my own) and I got a warning from the management to stop being "hero". My advice is to avoid this company at all costs. As long as you shine, they will try to tear you down at all costs to secure their own benefit and position.
