Pros
Good Product line Relaxed work life/balanced work life Leaves are generally not rejected and you are allowed to take leaves as an when needed....if the reason is genuine Job is less stressful but mostly for corporate and b2b channel guys some people in the senior management are very supportive state of the art technology and this company has the hunger for growth but the product time is truly clueless at times.... great choice for starters and mid career level guys who want to stay for a year or two before making a jump to other bigger brands
Cons
very bad hr policies, specially when you are leaving too much internal politics compared to Japanese organisation all play and no work attitude by most of the support guys almost 70% of the staff are 10 year or plus in the system so most of them have great- know it all attitude most of the time the managers are clueless and will ask the lower level guys to do everything it is high time for epson to increase and review the salary structure of the company as it is no more a 3/4% share holder in printer and A/V segment, they are not world market leaders but when comes to salary they believe like 2nd or 3rd line companies very slow career growth, don't even expect a promotion before 3/5 years at least. most of the states in India, sales and services team is managed by Executive level and asst manager level employees..very low ASM/RSM count....resulting in low salary pay out
