      Stable job with decent bonus and incentive Good career stepping stone, decent platform to learn.

      Cons

      Extremely high turnover. Management are autocratic. Lots of changes internally and very messy company structure. Horrible career ladder for executive level. Management favours a certain BU, so if you are from a different department you can forget about promotion regardless of what you did.
