Global tech company in Dubai acting like a small local company

Good technology and products, training provided, UK office supportive.
Cons
Micro management, no trust, long set hours in office, no option to work from home, discriminating benefits depending on spouses income (not working for Epson). When management were out of office staff would take 3 hour lunch breaks - completely disengaged and uninterested in working when not being watched / micro managed. Weekly calendar sent to all office stating employee sickness and annual leave dates to scare staff in to not taking time off. Extremely old out of date systems that do not support collaboration or smooth workflows. Slow internet so nobody can connect their work mobile phones and have to work via DAFZA WiFi! Worst company I have ever worked for and the recruitment team completely sold a dream and a lie.
