Pros

Bright and helpful colleagues. Great work life balance, can always go back at six. Spacious office however it's a open layout. Out of the city centre location that offer wide choice of food for lunch and cheaper price too.

Cons

Printer industry is a sunset industry and the profit will only continue to go down together with your salary. Salary increment is low. The growth opportunity is not there. Health insurance that include Dental however only cover up to a certain amount. If I remember correctly, HKD 250.

- company outings and extra curricular are well planned - good products to offer (ink jet printers, projector, etc.) - Annual bonus/ incentive if you hit your target (2-3x of monthly gross salary) - trainings at the of fiscal year - HMO benefit (160k) plus free 1 rider/ dependent - international incentive trips but limited to group heads & managers

Cons

- salary not competitive - yearly increase too low (3-5%), promotion (10%) - no room for career growth for newly hired employees. - old employees tends to slack off - uncompetitive managers - traditional way of management. Management is not open for new ideas. - everything is manual. Too much admin work. - office is too crowded

Sneaky Employees Incompetent - tenured Managers Lazy employees Some Departments are over staffed, you will see staff browsing unrelated sites (social media) or playing Clash of clans during work hours. unfair for overworked positions. Bad for Career
