Nice people to work with Some great heritage and still a few nice products

Product development and roadmap is weak and is not keeping pace with competitors Senior Management are out of touch with their employees and do not push back on Tokyo enough to deliver what is best for the UK market Remote control led from Tokyo - little or no empowerment for UK employees
