      Pros

      Chill work environment, depending on department boss and colleague are nice. Office has not OT culture unless you are working shop or financial side.

      Cons

      You can get better paying job than our company for financial side. No progression to higher role at least in the coming 10years as their occupied by either Japanese expat or existing Singapore higher management that has at least 10-20years left in the tank. They are unable to retain younger talent for a reason.
