Pros

A Life experience to add to Possibility to make new friends Independent learning

Cons

Low pay Lack of training No growth opportunities I would not recommend working here. There was no training. Supervisors expect you to learn everything thing on your own. Leadership and co-workers show no respect when communicating with each other. There was never a time where everyone was on the same page because there were no team meetings huddles or postings of updates. Most workdays were high stress and pressure filled. I would not recommend working here unless you want medical office experience. you will have to take some time outside of work to learn most things on your own if you don’t want to get on the phone with patients, lawyers and insurance companies without sounding dumb. Don’t expect just to do your job and go home you will be doing the job of 10 people and barely paying your bills each month.

Pros

Good company if you want to work. Pay is ok. hours are good. PTO is great

Cons

Lazy people aren't addressed as needed. Some supervisors don't pay attention to staff. Supervisors shouldn't be remote when staff needs constant help. Pay could be better
