Pay is based on experience..

Cons

Pay is not competitive, based on experience. Raises are 2% yearly raises if considered a “full contributor” . Benefits aren’t all that well. Differential is only offered for nursing staff. They don’t like to spend money on employees, offer holiday bonuses etc.
