Pros

Good leadership at the facility , flexible hours, numerous continuing Ed opportunities, access to research based interventions, emphasis on patient outcomes demonstrated

Cons

Reduced retirement match compared to other places of employment. Documentation system slow and not efficient. Could reduce documentation load with better system. There are few cons I can say. Truly pleased with this company

High productivity requirement for therapists, few Paid Time Off days and holidays compared to other companies
