Good co workers, gain a lot of experience with complex patient populations, provide a variety of materials-IOPI, synchrony, NMES, EMST, iPads, therapy materials

Cons

No matter how much you go above and beyond you will only ever meet expectations in their eyes. Rumor has it they only allow management to select a couple of individuals to get higher raises and each year it’s not based on actual work done, just handed to the teachers pets and favorites
