-No career growth as a PTA. -No bonus system based on patients seen per week or metrics. -No flexibility with schedule (do not allow 4x10s). -Allowed 18 PTO days, but must use your PTO on the 6 federal holidays, which leaves you with 12 PTO days. -No allowance for outside CEUs. -Does not help with license renewal fees or APTA fees. -Current clinic manager gives misinformation about bonuses and raises…make sure to get everything in writing! -No sign on bonus. -Only cares about PTs, could care less about PTAs.

Favoritism, discrimination and managers don't set foot out of their offices. If they do its looking for someone else to blame. Stay far away.

Human resources was horrible. The HR manager had zero healthcare experience. Made understanding difficult.

Front desk always understaffed as people were always quitting due to being overworked with low pay compared to competing businesses. The PTs & PTAs were also very overworked and constantly overbooked to meet business booking goals.

really bad pay managers are a toss up, can be pretty good to how the hell are you a manager no bonuses to bonuses suck to bonuses are so hard to get they are not worth it
