      Pros

      The therapy staff is mostly excellent however Select inherited the staff. Salary is ok but no raises and do not ever question if a raise is coming. If management thinks you are going to ask they stay away. The SNF is great but then again nothing to do with Select

      Cons

      High productivity standards, manager who never treats and has lost respect of team, micro managed. Benefits increase without raise. Working for this company does not have many benefits

      Pros

      I loved the facilities I've worked and the staff. I find that their pay rate tends to be higher than most.

      Cons

      92-94% productivity is absolutely ridiculous. No raises in 6 years, no sick pay, no continuing ed reimbursement, no overtime, the list goes on. Only one person in that discipline can take the holiday off. Everyone else has to cover self on the weekend. Big time micro managers. You can't DC your patients until the clinical manager approves. Feel like a number vs. an employee.
