      Has many facilities in many states. Co-Workers and patients are great.

      Cons

      Lack of affordable benefits. "Wage feeze". Can be difficult to get hours. Often unrealistic productivity standards. Sets percentages on group and concurrent therapy. Straight time on holidays.

      The only pro is that it is a paying job

      No pay raises Every moment of your day is micromanaged Little clinical decision making for treatment duration or need for co treats Upper management only in contact to give criticism Bare minimum benefits Poor work environment or support from company Poor work culture/mission NOT patient centered, they're only worried about making money
