Tunnel vision re: productivity, threaten therapists Regional managers tell therapists/PMs not to discharge MCB patients from therapy Regional managers threaten therapists to bill unethically Regional managers aware of therapists working off clock Regional managers changing payroll hours

      I have a great rehab manager who is a practicing therapist (i.e., has realistic expectations and understands the daily challenges therapists encounter in a SNF).

      Cons

      Poor work/life balance, productivity pressures, shrinking benefits, pay freeze, promises made upon hire but not necessarily kept, poor onsite resources

      Understanding at times of cultural values.

      Cons

      unrealistic pay rate for number of years practicing, MICRO-MANAGED! Also regional manager needs to learn a lesson or two herself in "constructive" critisim and allow staff to get a word in edge wise.
