Pros

I wish I could find one.

Cons

- No reimbursement for CEUs or certifications (they have free ones online, which any therapist knows is suboptimal, the best certifications like LSVT, are hands on and expensive. Our last company reimbursed $500 towards such things.) -They take back your bonus that you EARNED in increments. If you quit early, even though they give you your bonus in increments, they will take back whatever they gave you, plus some (whatever was taxed, comes straight out of your pocket, so you pay back more than what you were given) ~I'd like to add to that, that I work about 1 hour a day off the clock to do things like planning cog therapy and scoring evals so that I can meet their productivity standards and then they are so stingy they take back my prorated bonus? Without telling me. - They call and badger you to do unethical things. They don't want you to say that someone refused therapy, so they "educate" you on how to coerce 90 year old residents that want to be left in peace. Or if I don't put someone on my caseload because I think they are inappropriate for therapy, I get a call wanting to know why. If the insurance covers them, then they need therapy. That's the criteria. -They do not care about the quality of therapy or the residents, just how much they can leach out of people's insurance.
