      good pay, flexible hrs, team members often work well together,

      no paid holidays/have to work holidays, patient population is not always appropriate for therapy services, no reviews/raises, therapists are often treated as a number and easily disposable/replaceable

      Pros

      None whatsoever. They will lie to get you to work for them. They also interview you when no current employees are around.

      Cons

      Constant pressure to pick up patients that dont need therapy, pressure to make productivity by pressuring pts, make you use YOUR PTO to get 40 hours when THEY have no patients because of low census. You can't have an option of non paid time, they insist you use your PTO. Then you never have enough for much needed vacation. Dangerous and disgusting buildings to work in with no safety assistance for their staff, worst regionals I have EVER worked for in my lengthy career. As you can see the list is long, and I could continue. One last one, don't call compliance because there IS complete retaliation.

      There is no management. It's an old boys club. Only the 3 employees who have been there forever are considered. After 5 years I had to request a review. Requested a raise that was never responded to (asked in March 2018 - still waiting). No advancement opportunity. Regional management is only interested in their bonus.
