      Select Rehabilitation is a great company!

      Pros

      I learned a lot as a clinical manager. My supervisors, Debbie Waye and Sarah Miller, were knowledgeable and helpful. They shared their knowledge freely so that I could perform my job well. They also showed appreciation for my hard work. The compensation and benefits were great as well.

      There weren't really any cons. I loved my job.

      Only try to work here if you have very flexible ethics in the field

      Cons

      Be careful with this company. There is an immense pressure to turn every patient into an "Ultra high" RUG level. It's the therapist license of course, so you bear the blame if Medicare audits.
