      Lots of micromanaging. Regional directors and above are very condescending

      Pros

      Honestly have nothing to say that’s positive. I enjoyed working with the other fellow therapists but that’s nothing to do with the company itself.

      Cons

      No wage increases. Micromanaging is too much. Medical benefits are very expensive and keep increasing. No sick days and forced to use PTO if you call in sick. No choice in that matter.

      I love working with Select. They are considerate with their employees. They offer flexible hours of work as PT. Co- workers are very helpful and accommodating.

      Working hours varies depending on case load.
