The therapists employed by the this company are an absolute blast to work with. The company itself is not fun to work for, as they are slow to respond to reimbursement for mileage and hours worked. Lots of of run around, with a real lack of caring and communication between management and staff.

Cons

Poor management response to employees needs and concerns.

Worked in a good building with excellent co-workers, the insurance benefits were good, and relatively close to home. The nursing care was excellent.

Cons

Increasing productivity demands and manager that lacked work ethic. Limited options to secure hours at other sites if needed.
